Em Minner

Em Minner, EIT, currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager and Senior Commissioning and Startup Engineer at MWH since May 2020, contributing to a $211M project in Dallas, TX, involving the addition of thermal hydrolysis plants and digesters to a water treatment facility. Previous experience includes various mechanical engineering co-op roles at MWH Constructors, Ashland, and DCO Energy, where Minner led warranty claims, maintenance tasks, and gained insights into thermal energy systems and industrial wastewater treatment. As a fabrication team member and safety officer for Northeastern's Civil Steel Bridge team from January 2019 to May 2020, Minner played a crucial role in designing and building a competition bridge prototype. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, complemented by a minor in Communication.
