Hon Lee has experience in the fields of digital marketing, branding, event management, and social media. Hon started their career at Hong Kong Rugby Union as a social media intern, managing the organization's social media platform and mobile application during the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens event. Later, they worked at Metro Broadcast as an event assistant, where they were responsible for database management, event material preparation, and PR outreach. Hon then joined MWI, where they held various roles, including Senior Marketing Specialist, Assistant Manager of Digital Strategy, and Branding and Growth Manager. In these positions, they created and curated content for various platforms and purposes for major brands in the hospitality industry, built and planned social media and content marketing strategies, curated cross-platform content, and wrote and scheduled social media calendars for top consumer brands.
Hon Lee attended Hong Kong Baptist University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Honours) in Marketing. In 2011, Hon Lee also obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council.
