Robert Dunn attended Curtin University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Science degree with a focus on Computer Science. In January 2001, they received the certification for Windows 2000 Professional: Installing, Configuring, and Administration from Microsoft. In February 2001, they obtained the certification for Windows 2000 Server: Installing, Configuring, and Administrating, also from Microsoft. In March 2001, they became certified in Delphi 5 from Borland Software. In January 2002, they obtained the Delphi 6 Certification, again from Borland Software. Robert further enhanced their qualifications by becoming an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer in November 2010, certified by Oracle. Their most recent certification was as a Certified ScrumMaster, obtained from the Scrum Alliance in March 2014.
