Tracy Faaborg

Tracy Faaborg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and IT communication. Currently serving as a Consultant at TLConsulting and as an IT Communication Specialist at MWI Animal Health since May 2014, Tracy has developed a strong expertise in organizational change and communication. Prior to these roles, Tracy held the position of Organizational Change Manager at Micron Technology from October 1997 to August 2013, and served as Office Manager at Southern Methodist University from September 1994 to June 1997. Early career includes working as a Placement Counselor at Temporaries, Inc. from May 1993 to July 1994. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and Psychology from SUNY Brockport, completed in 1993.
