Rob Fairchild

Rob Fairchild is a Principal Consultant at MWResource, Inc., having joined the firm in 2025. Previously, they served as a Principal Power System Engineer at Alstom Grid from 2009 to 2015, where they designed and developed complex custom software solutions. Rob was also a Manager of Software Engineering for EMS Simulation at GE from 2015 to 2018, and a Senior Sales Engineer at AREVA T&D from 2006 to 2008. They began their career as a Project Engineer at PowerData Corporation from 1997 to 1999, and have a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Washington State University, where they are currently enrolled.
