Barrett Doran, MBA, is a seasoned executive in customer success and client strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at MX since May 2021. In this role, Barrett leads a professional customer success team, managing interactions with the top 80 enterprise financial institutions and fintech organizations, focusing on revenue retention and expansion through strategic initiatives. Additionally, Barrett serves as a Client Strategy Consultant at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, contributing to the Alumni Network Board as a member. Previous experience includes global leadership roles at Instructure, where Barrett defined the customer success vision and managed multiple teams across enterprise accounts.
