Heather Warner is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in client success and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at MX since June 2021, Heather has previously held multiple key roles including Vice President of Managing Directors and Commercial VP for Financial Institutions. Prior experience at Discover Financial Services spanned from October 2000 to June 2021, where Heather advanced from Senior Manager to various managerial positions within Deposit Products and Consumer Banking Operations. Notably, Heather has expertise in operational testing, process controls, and policy management, coupled with a strong background in project management and team leadership. A graduate of Westminster University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Heather is committed to improving processes and enhancing client relationships across the financial services landscape.
