Jared Gerlach

Jared Gerlach is a seasoned Senior Frontend Engineer at MX.com since July 2019, specializing in the development of a company-wide design system and a React component library emphasizing accessibility. Previously, Jared served as an instructor at World Tech Academy, imparting knowledge on web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. A freelance web developer from May 2011 to July 2019, Jared created diverse web solutions and designs tailored to client needs. Additional roles include a React developer at EliteWorks, where a significant overhaul of a system was completed, and front-end development positions at The VOID, FamilySearch, and several companies focused on WordPress and Joomla development. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Multimedia from Utah Valley University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
