Previously, Johnny held significant positions at companies like Parallel and BambooHR, where they excelled in developing talent acquisition strategies and enhancing employee engagement. With a focus on supporting individuals with learning differences, Johnny aims to create win-win environments that benefit both global talent and US companies. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources and a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources at Brigham Young University and the University of Denver, respectively.
