Lenin Velu

Lenin Velu currently serves as the Head of MX India and Sr. Director of Engineering at MX since March 2024. Previously, Lenin held various leadership roles at PayPal from 2007 to March 2024, including Director of Engineering for Site Reliability, where responsibilities encompassed leading Reliability & Resiliency Engineering initiatives, incident management automation, and the development of AI-powered solutions for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Lenin's extensive experience also includes positions as a Senior Manager and Software Development Manager within SRE, focusing on DevOps transformation, accountability, automation, and developer tools. Earlier in the career, Lenin worked at HCL BPO supporting technical and installation issues. Lenin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from KLN College of Information Technology.
