Spencer Brown

Spencer Brown, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in technical accounting and revenue management. Currently serving as the Technical Accounting and Processes Manager at MX since March 2021, Spencer has also held the positions of Revenue Manager and Senior Technical Revenue Accountant at the same company. Prior to this, Spencer worked as an Audit Associate at Tanner LLC, focusing on process development for due diligence and acquisition, and as an Accountant at Vivint Smart Home, where significant contributions were made to revenue documentation and compliance with ASC 605 and ASC 606. Additionally, Spencer has a strong background in automating accounting processes and improving revenue-related operations, along with formal education culminating in a Master’s degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
