Named “Best of the Bay,” MX3 Fitness was founded in San Francisco in 2013 by Glenn Shope, a former computer programmer and live music tech startup founder. The company consists of five fitness facilities in the Mission (3166 16th Street), Castro (2336 Market Street), Lower Haight (520 Waller Street) and Noe Valley (4045 24th Street) neighborhoods, as well as in the city of Sonoma (19310 Highway 12).  MX3 Fitness’ comprehensive fitness programs are built around science, driven by personalized data and analysis to deliver real results.  MX3 Fitness is a proud, LGBTQ-owned and operated small business. 

Our locations are at 520 Waller Street in the Lower Haight and 2336 Market Street in the Castro.
