Sheena Alvarez has worked in the customer service and operations field since 2011. Sheena began their career at Cognizant Technology as a Level 2/Problem Manager. In 2014, they moved to Custom Hosptality Systems as an ICT Support. Sheena then moved to Assembly Payments in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Customer Support and Operations Manager at PAM. Currently, Sheena is working at Flo2Cash as a Customer Success Lead and at mx51 as the Director of Customer Success and Service.

Sheena Alvarez attended Southern Cross University in 2014.
