Tom Weiss is an experienced technology executive with a strong focus on data science and product development across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at MX8 Labs since December 2023, Tom is instrumental in guiding the product and technical direction of an AI-driven consumer research platform. Throughout a diverse career, Tom has held significant roles such as Chief Technology Officer at Run3TV, where leadership in technology enabled innovations in Smart Broadcasting, and at MarketCast, where Tom expanded the data science team and integrated technology functions post-acquisition. Previous roles include co-founding Dativa, leading Inscape's data science team, and serving as CEO at Genius Digital and TV Genius Ltd. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Warwick Business School.
