Ignacio Catalan

Ignacio Catalan has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Product Owner & Project Manager at MXC Foundation, where they began in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at MatchX GmbH, an IoT company that utilizes blockchain technology. While at MatchX, Ignacio led a software development team, managed projects for blockchain and IoT products, contributed to user flows and architecture diagrams, and developed strategic roadmaps.

Before joining MatchX, Ignacio worked as an IT Project Manager at TUTEN from May 2021 to July 2022. At TUTEN, they were responsible for planning, managing, and implementing a SaaS BPM platform. Ignacio coordinated internal and external resources to ensure project success.

From August 2020 to May 2021, Ignacio served as an IT Project Manager at Parque Arauco, where they planned and managed safety and security projects. Ignacio also led multiregional project planning and implementation, estimating costs and times for IT solutions.

Ignacio gained further project management experience as an IT Project Manager at LATAM Airlines from November 2019 to June 2020, where they evaluated and managed IT projects and facilitated communication between stakeholders. Ignacio also worked as an Information Technology Analyst at LATAM Airlines from December 2018 to November 2019.

Before their time at LATAM Airlines, Ignacio worked as a Data Analyst at Accenture from February 2018 to September 2018. Ignacio also gained experience as an Analyst at CGInge from April 2015 to August 2016.

In addition to their professional experience, Ignacio served as an Auxiliar Teacher of the Course Material's Properties and Behaviour at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from August 2014 to August 2015. Ignacio'sdiverse background demonstrates their ability to adapt to different industries and projects.

Ignacio Catalan's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Ignacio completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, in the year 2016, Ignacio attended the Hasso Plattner Institute, where they focused on Design Thinking.

In addition to their formal education, Ignacio has also obtained certifications. In May 2020, Ignacio became a Profesional Scrum Master I through Scrum.org. Furthermore, in February 2017, they attended the Trainers' Basecamp program provided by Rising Giant.
