Jocelyn Seng

Jocelyn Seng is a retired USAF Major General and a seasoned board director with extensive expertise in defense technology and manufacturing strategy. They served as a senior scientist at Owens Corning from 1995 to 2005, where they led significant manufacturing process improvements and developed product stewardship policies. Currently, they work as a research staff member at the Institute for Defense Analyses and serve on multiple boards, including Falcons Landing and MxD. Jocelyn holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and has completed executive management training at The Ohio State University.
