Bruno Santos

Bruno Santos has a strong background in technology and business operations. Bruno co-founded mxHero in 2010, where they currently serve as the COO and board member. During their tenure at mxHero, they successfully raised $2.5M in funding and oversaw various aspects including business and technical operations, support, and pre-sales.

Prior to mxHero, Bruno worked at Inova Tecnologias from 2007 to 2013, holding positions such as CTO and Senior IT Consultant. At IBM, they served as an IT specialist from 2005 to 2007.

Bruno'searlier experience includes roles as a Senior Developer at Inova Tecnologias from 2003 to 2005, a Web Developer and System Administrator at Centersite Corporate Server from 2001 to 2003, and a Web Developer and System Administrator at Globalmídia Comunicação from 2000 to 2001.

Bruno Santos first attended Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a graduate degree. The specific field of study for this degree is not provided. Bruno then continued their education at Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Bruno Santos also obtained several certifications. In December 2006, they completed the IBM Technical School at IBM in São Paulo, SP, BRA. Bruno later completed the IBM Sales School at the same institution in December 2006.

Furthermore, Bruno Santos obtained the ITIL Foundation certification in December 2008 from Prometric in São Paulo, SP, BRA. Bruno also obtained the certification in Advanced Administration of Zimbra Collaboration Suite - Network Edition in September 2008 from Zimbra in Santa Clara, CA, USA.
