David Cackovic

David Cackovic is a seasoned professional with 39 years of experience in engineering management, standards development, and railroad component research and testing. Having recently retired from MxV Rail and the Association of American Railroads, they previously served as Director of FRA Programs and held various leadership roles within the organization. David completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and has been actively involved in industry associations, including a recent term as President of the Railcar Technical Services Association. They are committed to continuing their contribution to the industry through consulting and maintaining professional relationships.
