Kari Gonzales has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 with TTCI. They held various roles in TTCI, including President & CEO from September 2021 to the present, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from December 2018 to September 2021, Assistant Vice President - Business & Finance from January 2018 to September 2021, Director - Strategic Planning and Business Services from January 2017 to January 2018, Director - Software, Products, and Testing Services from June 2015 to December 2016, Assistant Director Software Services and Internal Research & Development from June 2014 to June 2015, Manager, Equipment Engineering Committee and Internal Research and Development Program Manager from April 2013 to June 2014, and Senior Engineer II from December 2002 to April 2013.

Kari Gonzales also worked at BNSF Railway as part of the Condition Based Maintenance team from April 2012 to April 2013.

Kari Gonzales completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, which lasted from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2010 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategic Management at Regis University.
