Survesh Shrestha

Survesh Shrestha is a Senior Engineer specializing in Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) and Metallurgy at MxV Rail since January 2022, focusing on metallurgical investigations and defect quantification in railroad materials. Previously, Survesh served as a Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, managing NDE and product design projects, including a railroad material evaluation project utilizing infrared thermography.
