The My Baseline Builder framework helps you analyze and rapidly close workforce capability gaps to drive business success.

Use our framework’s advanced analytics, digital technology, and innovative learning designs to provide value now and to prepare your workforce for what’s next. Our Push-Anchor-Pull approach supports rapid upskilling whereby:
- Content is initially pushed to workers so that they learn and set a baseline of the core knowledge
- Then, content is anchored when workers practice new skills
- Finally, content is pulled as workers apply new skills in their workflows

The MBB founders have led teams that have won multiple gold Brandon Hall learning innovation awards and are known for their expertise in adult learning, instructional design, change management, and strategic communications.
