Think care advice is niche? The need for it is not.

My Care Consultant (MCC) is a national organisation that provides independent later life care planning advice to older people, their family members and carers, and their professional and legal representatives across the UK.  

In 2022, MCC brought the first ‘self serve’ online care advice service, ‘My Care Hub’  to the market-initially made available for employers to support their employees juggling career with caring duties. Due to the immense success of this service and following the introduction of the FCA’s consumer duty regulation in July 2023, My Care Consultant will soon launch a dedicated version of My Care Hub for use by clients of financial advice firms. My Care Hub is THE ‘one stop shop’ for UK care advice.

MCC is also the creator of Care Box (2019) - an innovative online technical and practical support resource for financial advisers and Paraplanners.
 
Jacqueline Berry launched My Care Consultant in early 2016 with the aim to establish the first nationally recognised ‘care navigator’ brand, to help people with understanding, selecting and funding their care, and to ultimately make independent, reliable care advice more accessible in the UK.
 
My Care Consultant is an affiliate member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), a member of the Consumer Duty Alliance (CDA) and a Board member of the The Financial Vulnerability Taskforce (FVT), an independent professional body that promotes good practice in respect of consumer vulnerability.
