My Cause UK is a not-for-profit organisation, delivering customer-facing frontline teams in a wide range of roles across the UK festivals industry.

Working with a national network of charity partners, we recruit, train and support volunteers from all walks of life, delivering a strong operational service to our clients, breaking down barriers of access to cultural events for volunteers all while raising money for charity.

Since 2015, we’ve donated £300,000 to 700+ charities, helping thousands enjoy festivals in a more meaningful and affordable way. Our unique system enables each and every volunteer to nominate a cause that they have personally chosen to benefit from the time they give while volunteering at your event.

Volunteering with us opens the door to unforgettable friendships, incredible experiences and free entry to top UK festivals. Depending on your event, roles we are experienced in fulfilling include stewarding, customer support, campsite management, sustainability, eco-bonds, gate teams, ticket checks and wrist-banding - all supporting great causes while helping festivals run safely and smoothly.

We do not just provide teams; we are operational experts. With decades of experience working with volunteers and staff delivering the roles we specialise in, we work together with organisers to create a bespoke solution to every event, resulting in a fully end-to-end experience ensuring our clients can rest assured of the quality our teams deliver.

We are proud to partner with Glastonbury, Boomtown, Shambala, British Summer Time, We Out Here and many more.

My Cause UK provides a ready-made, reliable volunteering team - reducing operational pressures, improving customer experience and delivering measurable social impact through one simple, values-led model.

Great experiences for volunteers. Reliable support for festivals. Real impact for charities - that’s My Cause UK.
