My journey began in adversity. From a turbulent childhood and early independence to building a successful career in IT leadership without a formal degree, I’ve lived the power of grit, growth, and self-belief. Over the years, I’ve mentored professionals, developed senior leaders, and guided individuals through some of life’s toughest transitions.

Today, I lead a network of coaches who specialize in life coaching, career development, resilience building, and managing life transitions. I'm Darja, a coach with My Coach Connection.  If you're going through a big life change—divorce, starting over in a new country, parenting on your own, or simply feeling like life is shifting in ways you didn’t expect—I see you. I’ve been there too.

Nearly 10 years ago, I moved to Spain on my own. I didn’t speak the language, didn’t know anyone, and had almost nothing to start with. Since then, I’ve built a life from the ground up—while navigating motherhood, identity shifts, and the kind of personal growth that only comes from real challenge. 

I now work as a coach for women who are ready to move forward with clarity, courage, and purpose. Whether you're finding your footing after a breakup, adjusting to a new phase of life, or simply needing someone who truly listens—I’m here for you.
