My Focus Training Programs
My Focus works with organisations in both the public and private sectors in delivering Career Coaching, Training and HR Consulting. The programs and workshops empower and engage individuals and organisations to stop and reflect, refocus and change their approach in order to bring more meaning and purpose at work. 

Current Projects:

✅ HR Consulting - private and public sectors and small to medium sized businesses.

Independent Panel Consultant working with government agencies such as Transport for NSW, Sydney Trains, Roads & Maritime Services, Department of Human Services, Defence and Legal Aid. Responsible to shortlist applications, conduct interviews and reference checks and writing the selection panel reports.

✅ Training –Universities (WSU & UON), Corporate Training (Soft Skills) and National Employment Services Association (NESA).

✅ Career Coaching – coaching individual clients on writing their resumes, cover letters and perfecting their interview skills.

✅ Publishing - LinkedIn articles, newsletters, Podcasts and YouTube videos

✅ Speaking - Speaker at CPA Australia (2016-2021), Australian Computer Society ACS (2019), Speaker at Western Sydney Career Expo 2018, Inspire Me - monthly events (2017-2021).
