My Hayat – Lebanon’s first AI mental-health companion

My Hayat is a Lebanese-designed AI companion offering free, private, and culturally-rooted emotional support in Lebanese Arabic. Built to address Lebanon’s escalating mental health crisis—where over 80% of people report emotional distress—it bridges critical gaps in care marked by stigma and high therapy costs.

🌍 Designed for a society where mental health is taboo and therapy often costs over $50 per session.

🤖 Employs a fine-tuned LLM trained with Lebanese dialect, CBT/IPT/DBT frameworks, and insights from local clinicians.

🔐 Prioritizes privacy & anonymity—no personal data storage or identifying traces.

📱 Available in Arabic and English, with a WhatsApp-style UX that encourages recurring use and trust.

🔄 Developed in collaboration with psychologists to respect cultural norms while providing real therapeutic value.

🧬 Features wellness tools like emotional journaling, habit reminders, and motivational prompts, all integrated into the conversational flow.

🔓 Powered by a DNA of free usage, with upcoming optional premium features planned to sustain accessibility.

In beta and launching soon, My Hayat is not a replacement for therapy—but a vital safety net for emotionally vulnerable communities across Lebanon.
