My Household Managed is a private household staffing agency placing career private service professionals with discerning families, principals, and family offices across Chicago and South Florida — with select clients nationwide.

Founded by Alison Ganko, a licensed employment counselor with over 15 years of firsthand experience inside private homes, MHM was built on a simple premise: who enters your home matters, and the process of finding them should reflect that.

We place housekeepers, house managers, estate managers, nannies, private chefs, personal assistants, butlers, chauffeurs, and every role in between — through a managed search process with a 3% candidate acceptance rate and a 99% long-term placement success rate.

Our clients are not looking for a resume database. They are looking for a staffing partner who understands how a private home actually operates, because we have worked inside them.
