My International Therapy is a European mental health and well-being ecosystem supporting expats, international individuals and organizations across borders.

We provide multilingual, culturally informed therapeutic care alongside workplace mental health and well-being solutions, combining clinical expertise with an international, human-centered approach. Our services are designed to meet the needs of globally mobile individuals and international teams.

For individuals and families, we offer psychotherapy, counseling, nutrition support, couples and family therapy, as well as group sessions and workshops—available in multiple languages, in several European cities and online.

For companies and organizations, we develop workplace mental health programs, stress management and resilience training, leadership support and prevention initiatives, tailored to cross-cultural and international professional environments.

My International Therapy is built as a curated ecosystem of certified mental health experts. All practitioners within our network are carefully selected, with verified credentials, and work according to shared ethical, clinical and intercultural standards—ensuring consistent quality and trust.

We are also progressively opening our model to practitioners and partners who wish to join a structured, ethical and internationally oriented mental health ecosystem, while maintaining their professional independence.
