Bula Vinaka!

My Koro (meaning My Village in Fijian) was established in 2023 with a joint leadership team of Australian and Fijians. After years of working with other outsourced call and service centers, My Koro's founders decided they want to change the model.

A leader in Business Process Outsourcing, we take pride in delivering service and sales excellence. Our mission is twofold, deliver service and sales excellence in every interaction on behalf of our clients, and provide fair, well-paying jobs for Fijians.

We have a community first approach, working with local charities and communities through our 'My Koro Cares' program to give back to the community.
