My Mind Check is a free, evidence-based digital check-in platform that empowers schools and educators to take a proactive approach to student wellbeing and mental health. 

We give educators the confidence to identify wellbeing needs early and connect students with the right information and support, ensuring no student slips through the cracks. Through brief 10-15-minute supervised check-ins, schools gain immediate insights into students’ mental health needs and wellbeing strengths, along with practical follow-up resources that assist staff and teachers to respond as needed. 

Developed in collaboration with industry and funded by the Australian Government Department of Education, My Mind Check is grounded in breakthrough research that shows participating in check-ins leads to 20% fewer students reporting emotional difficulties and 30% higher school attendance after just one year.  

Since launching in late 2024, My Mind Check is now trusted by schools in every state and territory across Australia.
