At My Narrative Therapy, we believe in the importance of every person’s inner story. We strive to deeply understand your background and current situation in order to guide you toward building a life that respects where you’ve come from and how you see your life going forward.

With over 10 years of combined experience, we offer culturally responsive, nonjudgmental, and compassionate therapy. We utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address trauma, discrimination, and relationship issues, tailoring our approach to meet your specific needs. Our therapists also share their own relevant personal experiences to create a more relatable and comfortable environment during sessions.
