My Office Solutions (formerly My Office Space) was founded in 2017 with a clear purpose: to provide small and mid-sized businesses with the structure, guidance, and financial clarity they need to grow with confidence.

Our founder, Maria Ines Chinelli, brings over 25 years of experience as a lead accountant within major engineering firms in the nuclear sector. After building a successful career in large organizations, she recognized a critical gap, small businesses were often overlooked and underserved, lacking the professional support systems required to scale and succeed.

That insight led to the creation of My Office Space, built on the belief that every business , regardless of size, deserves access to expert financial management and operational structure.

Today, as My Office Solutions, we continue that mission with an expanded and more comprehensive approach.

We provide:
Accounting & bookkeeping
Payroll & compliance support
Corporate services
CRA audit support & representation
Business administration & financial organization

Our services are designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to business owners, allowing them to focus on what they do best, running and growing their business.

We have proudly supported hundreds of businesses across Ontario, delivering tailored solutions with a strong emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and professionalism.

At My Office Solutions, we believe that a well-structured business is the foundation of long-term success.

Your business is our solution.
