Originally ‘Performance Health Physiotherapy Sunshine Coast’, My Performance Health was founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing elite sport knowledge, experience and level of professionalism into the community.

Using a mixture of thorough assessment techniques, hands-on treatment, modified training plans, advice and exercise, our goal is to help you maintain being active whilst also rehabilitating your injury.
