At My PEVO, we’re revolutionizing the oversized load industry with two specialized divisions: Pilot Cars and Permits. Together, they create a seamless experience, but each stands strong on its own.

Pilot Car Division
Our Pilot Car Division is built for efficiency, professionalism, and peace of mind. Unlike traditional pilot car services, we focus on project planning and management, not just field operations.

Customizable escort teams for repeat loads and long-term projects
Professional dispatching from tech-savvy staff who anticipate issues before they happen
Clear, streamlined communication with drivers and dispatchers to eliminate wasted time
Proactive problem-solving to keep loads safe, compliant, and on schedule
When you work with My PEVO for pilots, you gain a dedicated partner who simplifies the process while raising the bar on service.

Permit Division
Our Permit Division ensures your moves are legal, safe, and ready to roll. We don’t just process paperwork, we manage the entire compliance side of your operation.

Fast, accurate oversize/overweight permits with competitive turnaround times
Route surveys and high-pole escorts for maximum safety and precision
Multi-state permit packages coordinated from start to finish
Strategic planning to prevent costly mistakes and delays
With My PEVO for permits, you stay compliant and confident without getting stuck in red tape.

Whether you need pilots, permits, or both, My PEVO brings clarity and control to complex moves. Our divisions work independently but share the same DNA: clear communication, proactive solutions, and a commitment to doing our best.

Let us handle the details so you can focus on growing your business. My PEVO is where oversized projects move with ease.
