Jon Olen has extensive experience in community and insights management, currently serving as the Community & Insights Manager at My-Take since September 2015, following roles as Associate Community & Insights Manager and Consumer Insight Analyst. Prior experience includes senior marketing coordination and assistant branch management at Southbridge Savings Bank, where Jon led a financial services team and managed client relationships. Jon also contributed to the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce as Twitter/LinkedIn Manager, executing strategic social marketing initiatives, and held marketing roles at Cumulus Broadcasting and Quality Rehabilitation Services. Jon is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing at Full Sail University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on Social Media from Southern New Hampshire University.
