My Thought Partner builds AI for the people who actually run B2B services firms.

Agencies, consultancies, accounting practices, legal shops, fractional execs — operators with an admin backlog a mile long and no time to climb it. Proposals. RFPs. Recurring reports. Client follow-ups. The "if I had time, I'd do X" list. We ship that list.

WHAT WE BUILD

→ The Cohort — In-person group classroom, first 20 operators only. $250. June 2026, Charlotte NC. Walk out with a built artifact.

→ The Intake — 2-hour 1:1 session, $497. One working artifact + a one-page map of what's next.

→ The Build — One administrative workflow, end-to-end. From $3,500 fixed fee. Ships in 21 days.

→ The Operating System — Full custom AI OS for your back office. From $13,000. Multiple builds + integrations + change management.

HOW WE WORK

Custom builds, not strategy decks. Most ship in 21 days. Larger systems in 6 weeks. Fixed fee. No retainer required. You own every prompt, every script, every doc.

PROOF

A US boutique Salesforce agency would have quoted our last engagement at $258K–$516K over 6–12 months. We delivered it solo in 6 weeks — 16 distinct production builds, every system owned by the client.

Founded 2020. Based in Charlotte, NC. Working with B2B services operators nationally.
