Simon Kwan

Simon Kwan is a seasoned Process and Manufacturing Specialist with significant experience in optimizing production processes and ensuring quality control. At MY01 since April 2021, Simon is responsible for maintaining production processes, developing new workflows, and training personnel. Previously, Simon worked as a Process Specialist at TASK Micro-Electronics Inc. for five years, where responsibilities included troubleshooting production issues and ensuring safe chemical handling. Earlier career experiences include an Industrial Research Internship at Zodiac Aerospace, graduate studies at McGill University focusing on polymer synthesis, and various positions in factory operations and research. Simon holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
