Kat Heil is a dynamic leader with 25 years of experience spanning SaaS, retail, and operational design. They served as a Project Manager for H&M from 2005 to 2009 and later became an Independent Business Owner/Operator at AD HOC Chicago Inc. for a decade. Kat held roles as a Customer Experience Executive from 2019 to 2021 and as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Floify from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at both Myagi and Rallyware while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Michigan, having previously earned a Master's degree in Sociology from DePaul University.
