myĀyu is an online, personal health education program that teaches users how to live their best lives through all areas of diet, lifestyle, sleep, exercise, meditation, spiritual practices, healing from chronic illness and more.

Users join myĀyu with a membership to access group classes and one-on-one sessions with Āyurvedic experts (Āyurvedic doctors and Āyurvedic health coaches).
