Matthew Scott has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Matthew began their career in 2006 as a Senior Manager of Information Technology at Coherent Financial Services. In 2011, they joined ANGI Homeservices as Manager of Telephony, managing budget and billing accounts totaling $2M, developing and deploying the firm's telephony network, and managing and mentoring 20 direct and indirect reports. In 2018, they joined MyCallCloud as Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for directing and guiding their team members' professional development, overseeing strategic roadmapping and new process implementation, coordinating and evaluating multiple projects, and developing cloud-native applications.
