We help founders build the teams behind their next stage of growth — from first key hires to full team structures.
We cover the full hiring architecture and work across Engineering, Product, Data & AI, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles, combining recruitment with a deep understanding of how organisations actually scale.
Our approach is built on one idea: hiring is system design. The wrong role brief attracts the wrong people. The wrong team architecture creates the wrong culture.
So instead of operating as a traditional agency, we integrate into your team, start with understanding how your business actually works — the model, the burn rate, the growth trajectory, and design hiring strategies that fit your stage.

We work with IT startups and technology companies. Early-stage to growth-stage. Companies building products that matter, with leadership teams that understand the difference between hiring fast and hiring right.
