Chris Fields

Chris Fields has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Chris started their career as an Optical Fiber Technician at Allegiance, Inc. in 2003, where they worked until 2005. Chris then joined The Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Government of the District of Columbia, as an Avaya Network Engineer from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they moved on to work at MasTec Network Solutions, specializing in iDAS In Building Advanced Wireless Design and Engineering. Chris Fields most recent role was as an RF Engineer/Field Manager at Mycom starting in 2009.

Chris Fields began their education at the University of the District of Columbia in 1997, studying Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Chris completed their studies there in 1999. In 2004, Chris Fields attended The George Washington University, where they obtained a certification in Wireless Network Design and Engineering. In 2005, their education at The George Washington University ended, but no degree or field of study information was provided. In 2008, Chris Fields obtained a certification in CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA. Additionally, in 2003, they obtained a BICSI Technician certification from BICSI.
