Umar Farooq has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Umar is currently serving as a Technical Lead Assurance Solution Architect at MYCOM OSI for the stc Project in Riyadh. At First Point Group, Umar worked as an OSS Consultant for the Huawei-du MS Project. Umar offered technical support to Huawei UAE for the du Managed Services Project, focusing on M2000 related issues and configurations.

Umar's professional journey began at Huawei Technologies Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., where they served as a Technical Support OSS Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support for BSS M2000 issues related to 2G and 3G projects. Umar also worked as a BSS Engineer for the Managed Services (OMC) of PTCL CDMA Phase II Project, where they monitored alarms and managed field engineers.
