Charles Bligh

Charles Bligh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mycom since October 2024, Charles leads a global company that provides software for telecom networks serving over 2 billion subscribers. Previously, Charles was the CEO of Restore plc from March 2019 to July 2023 and held various leadership roles at TalkTalk, including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, where responsibilities included strategy development and operational execution for one of the UK's largest B2B telecommunications companies. Charles's career also includes significant roles at IBM, culminating as Vice President for multiple regions, where oversight spanned SME, midmarket, and corporate segments across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific. Charles holds an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Melbourne Business School and an Electronic Engineering Degree with Honours from the University of Melbourne.
