Pete Lubar has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Pete is currently the EVP Business Development at [MycoTech](/org/mycotech), a position they have held since July 2012. Prior to joining [MycoTech](/org/mycotech), Pete served as the Vice President North American Sales at [Scale Computing](/org/scale-computing) from November 2009 to July 2012. In this role, they were responsible for managing Sales and Channel Operations World Wide. 

Pete also has experience in the software industry, having served as the Strategic Account Manager at IQNavigator from November 2007 to July 2009. In this role, they were responsible for managing the requisition to check process for all temps including outsourcing firms. 

Pete began their career in sales at Telelogic in January 2001, eventually becoming the Vice President, Sales Telelogic RM Solutions. Pete left Telelogic in June 2008 to become the COO and Founder of [MycoTech](/org/mycotech)nology, Inc. In October 2012, they joined WANDisco as the Regional Account Manager, a position they held until September 2013.

Bruno Dubois is currently the CRO at [MycoTech](/org/mycotech). Bruno has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on taste modulation technologies. Bruno has held various leadership positions at [Firmenich](/org/firmenich-sa), FONA International, IFF, and Redpath Sugars. Bruno has a proven track record in developing and commercializing new technologies and products. Bruno has a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the University of Montreal.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Assistant at [McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP](/org/mckenna-long-aldridge-llp) from September 2010 to October 2011, providing paralegal services to case teams engaged in litigation, government contracts and transactional law. Chu Fong also has experience as a Research Fellow at SUNY Upstate Medical University from June 2009 to September 2009, where they investigated the relationship between chronic hypoglycemia and age-related macular degeneration in mice with electron and light microscopy.

Before [Cascades](/org/cascades), they were an Assistant Professional Researcher at [UC Davis](/org/uc-davis-transplant-center) from April 2011 to March 2017, where they coordinated projects with KSU researchers and supervised GC-MS analytical services. From January 2005 to December 2011, they were a Research Associate and Targeted Excellence Fellow at [Kansas State University](/org/kansas-state-university), where they conducted research in plant and soil sciences.
