Erik Evers has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Erik started their career at Axfood, where they worked as a Warehouse Employee and later became a Supply Planner. During this time, they gained insight into big IT projects and ERP systems. Erik then joined Scania Group, initially as a Leadership Trainee and later as a Group Manager in Production. Erik was involved in major investments and change projects, including the introduction of a new truck model. At Mycronic, Erik held several positions, including Group Manager in Production and Head of various divisions, such as Sourcing & Supply and Strategic Sourcing. In these roles, they oversaw production planning, industrialization, and production engineering, and successfully moved production from France to Sweden. Erik's work experience demonstrates their expertise in production management, organizational change, and strategic sourcing.
Erik Evers completed their education as follows:
- In 2008-2014, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University, earning a degree in Civilingenjör & Lärare with a focus on Chemistry, Mathematics, and Pedagogy.
- In 2019-2020, they completed a Mentorship Program in Leadership at Novare Leadership Academy.
- In 2015, they participated in the Utveckling grupp & ledare (UGL) program for leadership development.
- In the same year, they also completed the 1-Line Management Program at Scania Academy, specializing in Leadership.
- In 2021-2022, they pursued an MBA in Finance at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.
- In 2022, they attended Stanford University for a Silicon Valley Week as part of the SSE EMBA program.
- Also in 2022, they completed a program on "How to do business in Asia" at the National University of Singapore's SSE EMBA.
