MyEmployment - Employment Verification With Transparency, Control, and Compliance

At MyEmployment, we’re modernizing how employment verifications are done—by giving individuals visibility and control over their own data, without slowing down the process for verifiers or employers.

In today’s system, most workers don’t realize their employment records can be accessed and shared through third-party systems they've never heard of—often triggered by loan applications, background checks, or credit pulls. These processes are legal, but rarely transparent.

We believe workers deserve more visibility and more say in how their data is used.

MyEmployment was built around a simple idea:
Employment verification can be fast, accurate, and compliant without sacrificing privacy.

Our platform supports two secure verification paths:

Employer-hosted verification for maximum speed and control.

Employee-permissioned verification via secure payroll login.

We are currently integrated with over 60 leading payroll and HRIS platforms, enabling seamless, real-time verifications while keeping privacy and compliance at the forefront.

Employers benefit from a streamlined, cost-effective solution that protects sensitive employee data without adding internal overhead.

Verifiers get fast, accurate results—directly from the source—without relying on slow or outdated systems.

We are:

Fully compliant with FCRA and relevant state laws

Transparent about how and when data is accessed

Built to respect both privacy and efficiency

Scalable across industries and verification types

We’re building the future of employment verification—one where transparency isn’t optional, and control isn’t an afterthought.
