Daniel Cavedon possesses over two decades of experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the General Manager of People & Culture at MYER, where responsibilities encompass the development and implementation of national strategies for talent acquisition, risk and safety, and employee relations. Previous roles include General Manager of HR Operations at MYER, National Employee Relations Manager for Logistics at Coles Group, and various HR positions at Village Roadshow and Officeworks. Daniel's foundational experience at Coles Myer Ltd involved advising across multiple brands and negotiating enterprise bargaining agreements.
