Lee Dougan

Lee Dougan has extensive experience in retail management, having held multiple leadership positions at MYER since November 2012, including Store Manager at Myer locations in Carindale, Indooroopilly, and Belconnen, as well as Flagship Store Manager in Brisbane city. Lee's roles have encompassed responsibilities such as Menswear Sales Manager and Service Manager, demonstrating a strong background in sales and team management. Prior to MYER, Lee served as a Sales Associate at Aussie Farmers Direct and Selfridges&co, specifically in the Ralph Lauren department. Lee's career began in the British Army, where service spanned from September 2001 to January 2011. Education was completed at St Bernards High School from 1996 to 2001.
