Michael Weinand has a diverse work experience in the banking and agriculture sectors. Michael started their career in 1994 as an Assistant County Supervisor at the USDA Farm Service Agency. In 1995, they joined United Prairie Bank as an Assistant Vice President. Later in 1999, they joined First Citizens Bank (FCB) and held the position of Community Bank President.
Michael Weinand completed their education with a degree in Agribusiness from Southwest Minnesota State University in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Monticello High School, where they completed their high school education. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate School of Banking degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2018.
